How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Yourchelsea Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to write to us about:
- How things went when you called or contacted Yourchelsea Remodeling
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If something goes wrong with your remodel, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.
Still, we would like to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Yourchelsea Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@yourchelsea.space and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will let you know what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Feel Unhappy
If our reply does not sit right with you, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
